Errors appears only when you have admin control

Open mycategoryorder.php (Line 47-48):
if (isset($_GET['parentID']))
$parentID = $_GET['parentID'];

Fix:
if (isset($_GET['parentID']))
$parentID = intval($_GET['parentID']);
