Details: By using ADMIN_SP_C/ADMIN_SP_C2 procedures, an attacker may be able to execute arbitrary code. The ADMIN_SP_C/ADMIN_SP_C2 procedures are installed by default. ADMIN_SP_C2 is not available on 8.2. Impact: Any low privileged user can exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code. Vendor Status: Vendor was contacted and a patch was released.
